Hello all,

To give you some background, I made some excellent progress in 2005 while cutting. Due to some personal reasons, I did not follow a great diet in the last 6 months (although I have been working out regularly). This caused my health to deteriorate. I have lots of fat in my midsection and I am now doing a serious cut.

My diet is my main concern. Due to taking the ECA stack, I dont feel hungry often, so I end up having severl meals as follows:

1. Meal 1 - 8 am : 1 hr After fasted cardio - Either
A) Kashi whole grain cereal 1 cup with soy milk, 8-10 almonds, peanut butter
B) Two slices of wheat bread, one egg, half glass of soy milk, peanut butter

2. Meal 2 - (Snack) - 11 am: Fruits, generally a banana, apple, or pear and one EAS protein bar

3. Meal 3 - 12:45 pm - Either
A) Grilled Chicken on wheat bread with veggies
B) vegetarian Protein like chickpeas, moth beans, kidney beans with veggies and whole wheat tortilla

4) Meal 4 - 2:30 pm - Protein bar, one small fruit (sometimes I skip this)

5) Meal 5 - 4 pm - Either
A) Cottage cheese, with strawberries, blueberries
B) Fruits

6) Meal 6 - 6 pm - almonds, scrambled eggs, half glass of milk

I workout (weight train between 8 and 10)

7) Meal 7 - Post workout Nitrean shake with peanut butter. After 1 hr - at about 11 pm I have carbs+protein like
A) Chicken breast or eggs with rice/veggies
B) Vegetarian protein like kidney beans, chickpeas etc with rice and veggies

Apart from this I take the ECA stack and multivitamin daily. All rice I consume is brown rice.

I think I end up around my caloric requirements and am generally full all day.

Your comments are greatly appreciated.
