View Full Version : Stallion's "100 Cardio Challenge" for those seeking fatloss
stallion16 Sun, November 12th, 2006, 10:22 PM With John's recent announcements about getting a head start on cutting instead of post-poning it...I thought it would be instrumental to start a "100 Cardio Challenge"
Unlike John's official 100-point challenges, that focus on everything (diet, training, cardio...etc.) This challenge focuses solely on cardio. For some of us John's official 100 challenges may be too much to handle because it focuses on a complete life style change. This challenge focuses on only one aspect of that change, so it may be easier to handle.
Here's how it works. For the next 100 days, you must do some form of cardiovascular exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Cardiovascular exercise in this case will be any form of exercise that elevates your resting heartrate substantially for an extended period of time. In this case, we'll say ATLEAST 15 mins. The choice of cardio (HIIT, LISS, SHIT...etc), length of cardio, meals eaten, other forms of training (weights, plyometrics, yoga...w/e) is all up to you. The only catch is that You must form a plan at the get-go and stick with it.
Official Rules:
1. Cardio must be done daily
2. You start with 100 points and lose 1 point for every skipped cardio session, or failure to update...so you can potentially end up with negative points. You lose 1/2 point if you do a cardio session but it's different from the one you originally planned.
3. Cardio must be done for a minimum of 15 minutes for it to count...otherwise you're just warming up.
4. You must stick with your cardio plan from your first post for the next 100 days.
5. Pictures taken every 2 weeks are encouraged for progress, but not necessary.
6. Good luck..and remember, it's better to do this challenge all the way through and end up with -50 points..rather than start and give up.
I'll put up an official Start date as soon as we get enough people for this challenge.
**END DATE: Sunday, February 25th 2007 **

Day 29 [97.5]: 12.16.2006- 46 mins fasted elliptical.
Day 30 [96.5]: 12.17.2006- skipped cardio. Spent all day cramming for finals. Still cramming as we speak.

Day 32 [93.5]: 12.19.2006- (-2) Failure to update + no cardio. Thank god college finals end on Wednesday afternoon.
Day 33 [92.5]: 12.20.2006- Finals finally over. Tomorrow I wake up and get back on track, finally, geez.

Day 35 [92.5]: 12.22.2006- 45 mins fasted jogging (outdoors).
Day 36 [90.5]: 12.23.2006- (-2) failure to update + no cardio. Was involved in a car accident and on top of that, I've picked up a cold. A terrible way to kick off the holiday season :[
Day 37 [89.5]: 12.24.2006- sickness is in full swing today. Tomorrow hopefully I'll feel better so I can get the cardio going again.
Day 38 [88.5]: 12.25.2006- tried to do cardio this morning but was coughing like crazy, so I stopped after a few minutes. Damn, I hope this doesn't last much longer.
Day 39 [88.5]: 12.26.2006- 45 mins fasted elliptical. finally back on track, still sick though. I'm going to have to go get some more tea w/ honey.
Day 40 [86.5]: 12.27.2006- (-2 because I forgot to update as well) Today was rough. The workout and cardio from yesterday were a bad idea. I woke up in the morning feeling even more sick. damn this sucks. The only good thing that has happened thus far was that I finally got my car repaired. I hope this bug passes soon, I really wanna get back on track with this challenge and back on to a normal schedule.
Day 41 [85.5]: 12.28.2006- Whatever I have, it keeps getting worse. I couldn't sleep all night. Hopefully tomorrow, I'll feel better. I really want to start training again.
Day 42 [85.5]: 12.29.2006- cardio done but im still sick, so hopefully I didn't do any more damage.
Day 43 [84.5]: 12.30.2006- Feeling worse today. Decided to take some medicine finally, but dayquill didn't do much for me. I might try it for another day. Or I might just switch to antibiotics tomorrow.
Day 44 [82.5]: 12.31.2006- 2 hours late updating damn. Anyway, I felt better today so I've decided i'm going to keep using day quill for the remainder of the week. No cardio today. Happy New Years Depalma, and anyone else reading.
Day 45 [80.5]: 1.01.2007- going to try to do cardio tomorrow. Feeling better today but didn't want to push my luck
Day 46 [80.5]: 1.02.2007- did workout and cardio today but nearly threw up and also had some rele bad cramps while doing cardio
Day 47 [80.5]: 1.03.2007- workout and cardio today was far better than yesterday. Got a really nice burn with minimal cramping during cardio. Just bought some more day quill so hopefully I'll keep getting better.
Day 48 [80.5]: 1.04.2007- Workout and cardio done, feel much better today...although my sleep schedule is really strange as I don't feel tired at nights and pretty much sleep during the day.
Day 49 [80.5]: 1.05.2007- Everything went well today, although my sleep cycle is still off....hopefully i can get back on a normal schedule tomorrow.
Day 50 [80.5]: 1.06.2007- I'm almost at 100% again but doing cardio today was very hard due to the soreness in my legs from my last workout.
Day 51 [79.5]: 1.07.2007- did cardio but forgot to update
Day 52 [79.5]: 1.08.2007- woke up early this morning to get the cardio in.
Day 53 [79.5]: 1.09.2007- got myself on normal sleeping schedule again. Woke up early and did my cardio at the gym. I'm thinking about going back outdoors and running though. We seem to be having a very mild winter in New York and the weather seems pretty good and almost ideal for jogging.
Day 54 [79.5]: 1.10.2007- went outside for my 45 mins of cardio this morning. Jogging is great but I really underestimated the cold this morning. I had to go back midway to pick up my gloves and then continue running. Depending on the weather tomorrow, I just might hit the gym for cardio. I prefer to run outdoors over the treadmill or elliptical, but at the same time, I don't want to get sick again.
Day 55 [79.5]: 1.11.2007- decided to get back indoors today for cardio. Did half my 45 min session on the treadmill and half on the elliptical.
Day 56 [78.5]: 1.12.2007- damn! I forgot to update but atleast I did my cardio
Day 57 [77.5]: 1.13.2007- dammit. Did my cardio but forgot to update again.
Day 58 [77.5]: 1.14.2007- cardio done...thank god I remembered to update this time.
Day 59 [77.5]: 1.15.2007- It was rainy outside today. Decided to walk on the treadmil this morning.
Day 60 [77.5]: 1.16.2007- Decided to use the 'mill once more today for my cardio.
Day 61 [77.5]: 1.17.2007- tried to get outside for cardio today but my hands were so cold they were already aching after about 5-10 mins. I headed to the gym to finish off my cardio on the 'mill.
Day 62 [77.5]: 1.18.2007- 45 mins on the treadmill today once again...the weather was horrible. Hopefully the weather clears up before I head back to college
Day 63 [76.5]: 1.19.2007- Damn. I was late updating by 2 hours! Ah well, atleast I hit the treadmill and did my cardio.
Day 64 [75.5]: 1.20.2007- Once again, I did my cardio but forgot to update....I really should make a post-it note or something.
Day 65 [75.5]: 1.21.2007- Got back to college today. Started the semester off on a good foot by getting on the treadmill and doing what has to be done.
Day 66 [75.5]: 1.22.2007- It's snowing outside here. So once again, I used the treadmill to complete my cardio today.
Day 67 [75.5]: 1.23.2007- was going to swim in the pool for cardio today but the life guard that was supposed to be on duty decided not to show up. I played a game of basketball instead.
Day 68 [74.5]: 1.24.2007- -1 forgot to update
Day 69 [74.5]: 1.25.2007- Chose to switch things up again today and do swimming for cardio. It was soo cold going back home from the pool, that I'll probably switch to some other form of cardio in the future and use swimming once every other week or so.
Day 70 [74.5]: 1.26.2007- Today I used the rowing machine or the erg as some call it. I haven't used an erg since I was on Crew. Needless to say, it was tougher than expected.
Day 71 [74.5]: 1.27.2007- Split my cardio session between the rowing machine and the elliptical today. The rowing machine is hell! It is one of the most grueling workouts ever!
Day 72 [73.5]: 1.28.2007- going to bed late + poor time management today = no cardio done :(
Day 73 [72.5]: 1.29.2007- 5 mins late updating, so -1. Otherwise, I went back for the rowing machine today.
Day 74 [72.5]: 1.30.2007- 45 mins on the erg (rowing machine)
Day 75 [72.5]: 1.31.2007- Decided to go back to the elliptical today as it places less strain on my legs than the erg.
Day 76 [72.5]: 2.01.2007- Got on the elliptical again today...my legs were feeling a bit tired too. Ripptoe's program takes quite a toll on the legs..doing them 3x per week.
Day 77 [72.5]: 2.02.2007- I wanted to use the elliptical today but the gym was packed, so I ended up using the rowing machine. I put the setting on pretty low resistance though, so it didn't kill my knees, hehe.
Day 78 [72]: 2.03.2007- I'm going to deduct a half point as per the rules. I didn't do my 45 mins cardio...but that's only because I was dancing for 4 hours today. Ballroom and then latin dances to be exact. All I can say is that it can be quite a challenge. I was going to go to the gym in to do the cardio later at night, but when I got their, they had already closed...I forgot that fridays and saturdays they close early.
Day 79 [70]: 2.04.2007- no cardio + 1 hour late updating
Day 80 [69]: 2.05.2007- did my cardio on the elliptical but was late 50 mins updating.
Day 81 [69]: 2.06.2007- Phew! thank god I remembered to update today...I've lost count of how many points have been deducted for simply forgetting to update. Did half my session on the elliptical and half on the rowing machine today.
Day 82 [69]: 2.07.2007- split my 45 min cardio session between elliptical and a game of basketball today.
Day 83 [69]: 2.08.2007- It's been a while since I've been on a treadmill so today I decided to bust out my entire session on it. The first 20 mins or so were pretty bad since I was pretty tired, but I cranked out the last half with ease.
Day 84 [68]: 2.09.2007- damn 1 hour late updating. did my cardio on the elliptical nd treadmill today
Day 85 [68]: 2.10.2007- Cross trainer (i think that's what it's called) + 2 hours of dancing.
Day 86 [68]: 2.11.2007- treadmill + 2 hours of dancing
Day 87 [67]: 2.12.2007- 8 mins late updating, but i still did cardio.
Day 88 [67]: 2.13.2007- this week is absolutely brutal in terms of exams and papers. I got on the treadmill for cardio but I don't know how productive it was as I was very tired.
Day 89 [66]: 2.14.2007- We had an unexpected blizzard here...all classes were cancelled. There's like 3 feet of snow over here...no joke. Gym is closed. No cardio. Looks as if the snow is going to continue piling up over night...It's literally been snowing non-stop since yesterday night.
Day 90 [66]: 2.15.2007- Gym was open again today, so i hit the treadmill
Day 91 [66]: 2.16.2007- 45 mins walking on an incline this morning.
Day 92 [66]: 2.17.2007- Walking on an incline and then dancing practice afterwards (but I'm not going to count the dancing as cardio)
Day 93 [66]: 2.18.2007- 45 mins on the treadmill.
Day 94 [65]: 2.19.2007- damn...forgot to update again, but got on the elliptical this morning
Day 95 [65]: 2.20.2007- 45 mins on elliptical
Day 96 [65]: 2.21.2007- 45 mins on elliptical
Day 97 [65]: 2.22.2007- 45 mins on elliptical
Day 98 [65]: 2.23.2007- 45 mins on elliptical
Day 99 [65]: 2.24.2007- 45 mins on treadmil
Day 100 [64]: 2.25.2007- last day and forgot to update...oh man...i can't even count how many points i lost because i forgot to update. Anyway, Unfortunately I don't have a bodyfat reading available as my calipur is back at home right now. However, my weight actually went up 3 LBS. I had inadvertently gained lean mass during this challenge as all my lifts have increased. I guess this is a side effect of just eating alot and thinking the cardio would tide me over. From now on I'm going to concentrate more on my diet and cut back on the cardio...atleast a little bit. I wanna thank Depalma and others who have been part of the challenge. Depalma you have done a great job buddy...I hope to see you in future challenges.

Day 14: [100]: 30 minutes HIIT stationary bike 1:1.5 speed intervals 10 reps; time includes warmup and cool down. (Barely survived the session today. Just never felt right from the beginning. Got a short night's sleep. I think it really affected me. Either that or my body is trying to tell me to take a rest day. I'll try to get to bed early tonight and see how tomorrow's session goes)
Day 15: [100] 45 minutes elliptical. Cardio felt much better today. It must have been just the poor night's sleep that was getting to me yesterday.
Day 16: [100] 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 17: [100] 45 minutes elliptical
Day 18: [100] 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 19: [100] 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 20: [100] 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 21: [100] 30 minutes HIIT stationary bike. 1:1.5 "hill" intervals boosting the resistance up 4 levels. 10 reps. time includes warm up and cool down.
Day 22: [100] 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 23: [100]: 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 24: [100]: 45 minutes stationary bike
Day 25: [100] 45 elliptical (changed it up. Been frigid here in the mornings lately so I've been lifting and hitting the stationary bike at home for the past week. Today, it wasn't too cold, so off to the gym and onto my favorite Life Fitness eliiptical.)
Day 26: [99]: Failed to update this last night. Did my 45 minutes on the elliptical but last night I planned to lay down for a few minutes and just totally crashed, next thing I knew it was morning.
Day 27: [99} 45 minutes on the elliptical
Day 28: [99] 30 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike: 1:1.5 speed intervals. 10 reps. Includes warm up and cool down.
Day 29: [99] 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Day 30: [99] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Came very close to skipping it today. Just been feeling worn down this week, but it was eating away at me and decided to hop on the bike while watching the Patriots game.
Day 31 [99] 45 minutes jogging on the treadmill. (First time on the treadmill since I hurt my foot. Still a bit tender. Got through it, but I think I need to stick to the ellipitcal and the bike a bit longer)
Day 32 [97] -2 pts. No cardio and failure to update. Very sick yesterday. Perhaps the worn down feeling I've had for the past week was a bug that was culminating in this. Tried to get through a couple of times but could only last about 5 or 10 minutes on the stationary bike before something wanted to come out of one end of me or the other. Up early today and feeling somewhat better. Will see how weight training goes this morning before cardio later today.
Day 33 [97] Still not feeling 100% but I got my 45 minutes in on the stationary bike
Day 34 [97] Felt really good today for the first time in awhile. The 45 minutes on the stationary bike breezed by. Was thinking about going longer and doing a full hour, but considering how poorly I've been feeling recently, I didn't want to push it.
Day 35 [97} 30 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike: 1:1.5 speed intervals. 10 reps. Includes warm up and cool down. Felt strong again today. Whatever bug I had seems to be in the past. With the renewed energy, it was a great time for my scheduled HIIT session. I loved it! And I don't always love HIIT.
Day 36 [97] 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 37 [97] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 38 [97] 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Day39 [97] 30 minutes jogging on treadmill (0 incline) 15 minutes walking on treadmill (6 incline). First time on the treadmill in a looong time. Felt good but decided to finish up walking as I was working outside the LISS and well into moderate to high intensity zones. To keep my heart rate at the high end of LISS zone, I pumped up the incline a bit.
Day 40 [97] 45 minutes on the elliptical
Day 41 [97] 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Day 42 [97] 30 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike: 1:1.5 speed intervals. 10 reps. Includes warm up and cool down.
Day 43 [96]went out last night and never made it back to update. Did do my 45 minutes on the stationary bike yesterday morning though.
Day 44 [95.5] 30 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike: 1:1.5 speed intervals. 10 reps . Includes warm up and coold down. -.5 pt for diverting from plan. Felt like doing some intervals today in place of the LISS.
Day 45 [93.5] -1 pt for failure to update -1 pt. Took a rest day today. It has been months since I took a day off entirely from some type of training.
Day 46 [92.5] -1 pt for failure to update. Did do my 45 minutes on the stationary bike though.
Day 47 [91.5]-1 pt for failure to update. 45 minutes on the bike was completed.
Day 48 [91.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning.
Day 49 [91.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 50 [91.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 51 [91.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 52 [90.5] -1 pt for failure to update. 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 53 [89.5] -1 pt for failure to update. I'm killing myself with not getting to the forums! 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 54 [89.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 55 [89.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. My bulk has me feeling very fat today. I don't know if I'm bloated or if I'm starting to put on some fat. Will know for sure on Saturday when I weigh in and do measurements. In any case, since this is a non-weight training day for me, I might do another LISS session tonight. I'll see how I feel after work.
Day 56 [89,5] Hey, I remembered to update three days in a row! I'm on a roll! I did do an extra 45 minutes on the stationary bike last night. Felt great! This morning, I've already gotten my 30 minute HIIT session for the week out of the way and depending upon how I feel after work, might do an extra LISS session again tonight.
Day 57 [89.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Decided not to do the extra LISS session yesterday. I really wanted to do it, but I have to remember I am only doing cardio right now to contain fat gain during my slow bulk and to retain my level of cardiovascular fitness for when I need to cut again. Doing double sessions too often is not really consistent with my goals right now.
Day 58 [89.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Day 59: [89.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical
Day 60: [88.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical but forot once again to update
Day 61 [88.5] 45 minutes on the ellptical
Day 62 [87.5] forgot to update
Day 63 [85.5] -1 pt for forgetting to update and -1 pt as I decided to take a rest day yesterday. Feeling a bit burned out.
Day 64 [85.5] 60 minutes on the elliptical. Did a little extra after taking the rest day.
Day 65 [84.5] -1 pt for forgetting to update. Did 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 66 [83.5] ANOTHER 1 pt gone for once again neglecting to update. Completed 60 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 67 [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 68 [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 69 [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 70 [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. I am officially ending my slow bulk tomorrow. Up 11.5 lbs but only .2% (to 15.2%) bf since the start so the cardio during the bulk did appear to keep the fat gain in check. Will start to lower calories gradually starting tomorrow and may start doing some double cardio sessions again. Perhaps as early as tonight. Basically if I can lose the ~4lbs of fat gained while holding on to any of the 7.5 lbs of lean mass gained, I will have achieved my goal for this challenge which was to lower bf% while not losing lean mass. In fact, I should end up with an increase in lean mass. Given where I am right now, I would be shocked if I don't easily surpass my original goal for the challenge.
Day 71 [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike this morning. I did opt to do the additional session last night. Undecided about tonight, but since it is an offday from weights, I probably will do a second session again tonight.
day72: [83.5] 45 minutes on the ellptical this morning. Also, I did end up doing the additional 45 minutes on the stationary bike last night. Today is a weight training day, so no double session tonight. I'll be hitting the weights.
Day 73: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike in the AM and added a second 45 minutes on the bike in the PM.
Day 74: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 75: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Added an additional 45 minutes on the eliptical in the PM.
Day 76: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike
Day 77: [83.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical. Added an additional 30 minutes on the stationary bike in the PM.
Day 79: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 80: [83.5] 50 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 81: [83.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 82: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 83: [83.5] 55 minutes on the elliptical. Added an additional 45 minutes on the stationary bike in the PM.
Day 84: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 85: [83.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Added an additional 30 minutes on the stationary bike in the PM.
Day 86: [83.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Day 87: [82.5] Going to take a rest day today. I've been hitting the weights extremely hard recently and have been doing extra cardio since beginning my cut and I think a rest day is required right now. My cardio yesterday, while completed, was a bit lackluster, my resting heart rate is up, I feel fatiqued, and the motivation just isn't there today. All are signs of overtraining. I'm going to take the day off from cardio as well as use this as a deload week on the weights and give my body every opportunity to recover properly.
Day 88: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Felt great today after the day off yesterday. Speed, intensity, heart rate were all up there. Much better than Sunday's lackluster effort.
Day 89: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 90: [82.5] 45 minutes on the elliptical
Day 91: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 92: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 93: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Another lackluster effort. I don't know if it is Sunday's or what! It seems like I'm completely worn out on Sunday morning. Got through it, but the normal speed/intensity was not there.
Day 94: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Felt much better today despite no additional rest. I guess I just get the "Sunday blues" or something. Perhaps with no work on Sunday, I should try changing my cardio to a different time of day and see if that helps. Heading into the homestretch of this challenge, I decided to weigh in and test my body fat yesterday to see where I'm at. I am up 10.5lbs from the beginning of the challenge but my bf% is now done (albeit very slightly .1%) to 14.9%. As long as I don't screw things up in the final 7-8 days, I will have surpassed my goal. I lowered my bf% while actually substantially increasing my lean mass. I was merely only hoping to maintain my lean mass. I do want a bigger drop in the bf% than where I'm at though, but since I was bulking for most of this challenge and I have dropped .3% bf in the past three weeks since transitioning into a cut, I expect to round out this challenge at about 14.6 or 14.7% bf. The added lean mass I have added should allow me to continue this cut until I'm below 10% without looking too thin.
Day 95: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Added an additional 45 minutes on the bike in the PM.
Day 96: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 97: [82.5] 45 minutes on the stationary bike.
Day 98: [82.5] 45 minutes on the treadmill. Haven't been on the treadmill in a long time. I've been hibernating mostly this winter in the comfort of my home gym, but ventured to the gym today so utilized the treadmill. Would love one for my home gym, but unfortunately have totally run out of space.
Day 99:[82.5] 45 minutes on the treadmill.
Day 100: [82.5] 45 minutes on the treadmill. Weighed myself and took my bf% before the session this morning. I'm a lb lighter than last week but the bf% didn't budge. It stayed at 14.9%. Not totally satisfied with the end result of the challenge. Would have liked to have shaved more than a measly .1% off my bf% but since I bulked for the first 2/3 of the way, it was not a bad result at all. I did gain 9.5 lbs while shaving that slight bit off my bf%, so I did put on some nice lean mass in this whole deal. I was greedy, I wanted both!

farang Thu, January 18th, 2007, 01:20 AM The legs were tired from yesterdays workout. It took about 20 min to really get going, and the last 25 flew by.

JCBlue Sun, May 20th, 2007, 06:48 PM Alright, I'm game to try this!
15 minutes eh? I can do that (I hope) (I'm a noob, so 15 is a lot of me)
15 minutes for the first quater, 20 minutes for the second quater, 25, then 30.
Goal: build some cardio health; I have none!
Starting weight: 127
[Day 1] HA! Done! But I feel like pudding right now... 100 points
[Day 2] 15 minutes jogging in place. that's really boring. I need to find a fun cardio. 100 points
[Day 3] 15 minutes of jogging, but I did it in the afternoon rather than morning. 99.5 points
[Day 3] 16 minutes jogging in place. again in the pm, so -1/2 pt. 99 points
[Day 4] 15 minutes jogging. again in pm. 98.5. I can't do it in the morning without coffee to wake me up. I'll get my coffee tomorrow morning and then try it.
[Day 5] 15 minutes jogging. 98.5
[Day 6] 15 minutes in afternoon. 98. I think I may want to up my time before my set date to change. Maybe I'll just go up a minute or so each day to meet my goal.
[Day 7] Woot! first week. Okay, so it's not that impressive, but I'm happy. 15 minute cardio. In pm. 97.5. I think I'm going to stop caring if I do it in the afternoon or not.
[Day 8]
[Day 9]
[Day 10] (June 1, 2007) I neither worked out nor updated the last two days. Stress got to me and I didn't manage my time well. But back again today. I think I really need to give myself a rest day once a week. After my two days of break, my body felt a bit revitalized, and today's workout worked out a lot better. 93.5
