Hey everyone,

Didn't know where to post this, so sorry if this is the wrong place...

Quick background on me - I used to weigh 265lbs, dropped down to 165 but it wasn't completely healthy - about 5 years ago I started my own business while working full time on top of that - ended up working 100+ hours a week and before I knew it I was back up to 210lbs (I still work a ton but its more managable now).

I joined these forums during that time - I beleive the day they opened and have been on and off diets and lifting since...

Last July (05) I started taking Muy Thai kickboxing mixed in with some MMA classes for fun - my cardio was getting good but I wasn't seeing much for results since I wasn't eating too well.

With my business I have no control over what times I eat 1-2 times a week over the summer and fall, and thats when I really started sliding these past few years.

Anyways, I decided to jump on the SGX bandwagon last march, and it was the best thing I ever did!

From March through May I followed the program to a T and dropped down to around 185, but looked better at 185 than I did when I was at 165 (less fat more muscle).

Then a ton of shit happened, including my busy season, a car accident, personal issues, etc (most of which should not be used as excuses but I of course made them excuses) and I pretty much dropped off of SGX...I would lift 1-2 times a week, do cardio still 5 times a week and still do my muy thai - but I would follow the diet most weeks only 4 days and some weeks no days (including recent weeks).

With any other diet and program I have ever been on, with the amount of shit I ate I would have blown up right back to where I was - but with SGX my metabolism was so fast that I hardly put anything on - possibly 5 lbs, but I will not weigh myself for mental reasons - anyways - tomorrow is right back on SGX as best as I can until the end of November (I am still packed solid with work and other issues where 100% will be tough) just to get re-acclimated to the routine and program and maybe drop a few lbs - but once december hits its balls to the wall again ( no excuses until may) - my goal is 155-165lbs...not sure with this program what I will look like at those weights so 165 is the first stop.

Anyways - just wanted to re-introduce myself and praise SGX- it is a terrific program and works wonders!
