i dont even know where to begin.. i thoght life was workin out great.. seriously...i just found out this morning a good friend of mine from highschool Passed away...:( some times life doesnt go's as plannned....i remember all the fun times with him ..Bowlin..i was with him in ROTC for 3 yearss. i just dont understand what went wrong...he was only 17...im just idk... its just too sad...

As far as my workout it is goin really good... Im gettin plenty of compliments.. i will post pictures soon..

well he got ran over..on his way walkin to OCS..

i just found out my other friend skipper died back in July..
