hey, im pretty new to lifting. I've started lifting in the beginning of the summer and have been saw decent results, but i am now looking to change my workout around becuase ive stopped getting results from the exercises ive been using. I want to try and incorperate new exercises into my workout, especially tricep exercises. Here is what I am already doing for my chest and tricep workouts:
1) Flat Bench Press
2) Incline Bench
3) Dips
4) Close-Grip Bench Press
5) Triceps Cable Extension
6) Dumbell Flys
i need some more tricep exercies. Ive also been stuck on one weight for benching like forever... even if i add just 10lbs to my benching i can barely put it up, but i feel fine without the 10lbs.. does anyone have any tips on how i can increase my bench? Ive been doing triceps, and then chest instead of chest and then triceps and it seems to help a little.

If you want to increase your bench press, you should be benching first in the workout, not doing your tricep work before it.

What's your set / rep scheme for bench press and how often do you work your chest?

Check out this link for a list of tricep exercises: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ArmWt.html#anchor122387

Also, make sure your bench form is perfect - a few weeks of strict form and you should see the #'s moving again!

Weighted dips are your friend. Overhead cable extensions, heavy and slow also.

You don't need new exercises. You do more than I do and I have pretty good triceps. (I don't do incline bench or flies).

Do close grip benchpress. Do both higher volume (12 reps) and high weight (3-4 reps). Do cable pushdowns. Do your dips.

If you do these well and eat properly, you will see great results.
