Started out one month ago on a new diet to try to rid of all my bodyfat. I started out in the first picture, with around 10-11%. I took my pictures after 4 weeks on the diet, with only one weekend where I drank about 7 beers and had a whataburger meal in addition to my cheat meal. I've been pretty damn good about sticking to it. According to my pictures, I am hovering between 8-9.5% bf I believe.

Here is the diet I followed:

Here are the pictures:

So here are my questions to you:
-Is my progress so far on par?
-What do you guestimate my bodyfat is at?
-How much longer til I am at 6%?
-Should I make any dietary changes? Perhaps increase my calories? Lately I've been getting random headaches during lifting, don't know whats up.

As you can see, I don't aspire to be the pinnacle of muscle. I just have a good facial structure that I inherited from my mom, and I am trying to remove every bit of fat on my face to do that. So far, there are big changes and I want to remove the tad bit left on my face and on the bottom of my stomach.

I talked to my bodybuilder friend and he offered me a diet that was 50/20/30, protein/carbs/fats. Thats much different than the 40/40/20 I am on now, so I don't know if I should do it or not. I do know that if I decide to bulk, it will be a very clean bulk that will keep my waist size under 30 yet build out me out.

Please offer all the advice you can/will. I am 5'9.5" (5'10" with shoes) and weigh 146-147 pounds.

Thanks!

It looks like you've progressed in the last 4 weeks, but it's hard to tell since you're already really lean and the first pic has a mirror flash which drowns out the rest of the image.
I'd guess that you're around 8-9% as well, and I'd say stick with it until you're happy and achieve the look that you desire, which might or might not be at 6%.
As long as your diet's working for you, I would stick with it as well.
Regarding the headaches, make sure your pre-workout nutrition has enough carbs. Do the headaches come from specific exercises, especially the heavier compounds like deads/squats? Or is it from any exercise, cardio included?

BF% might be 9%, perhaps a little bit more or somewhat less...
I think you are low BF% enough to start bulking. I think you might lose to much LBM if you try to get down to 6%.

I think that you might be able to get down to 6% in 1-2 months. But itīs very individualistic and depends on alot of things. If your metabolism starts to get really slow it could become much harder and you might start losing mostley muscle instead.

Do not reduce your calories/day to much. If you now or later discover that you need to eat perhaps 1200-1400 calories/day to continue to lose fat itīs better to stop. Itīs very important that you focus on metabolism and LBM...

Cardio is fine believe it or not, it's just during any strenuous exercise.

I looked up the guy who aspire to look like... I can tell you in most pictures I saw I doubt he is at 6% bf. You are already very low and honestly, I don't think lower is any more like what you are aspiring to. I would say you don't have to add too much muscle to get to your goal. 10lbs would probably be plenty (since I doubt you're looking to add leg mass based on your goal dude). I would honestly suggest you put on some weight slowly. If you put on 10-20lbs slowly then cut back another 5-10 I think you'll be much happier.

I'd agree with you, but I met the guy in real life. He's a shrimp. A few inches taller, but the same arm size as me. After I get to 6%, I am going to bulk.
