I'm looking for help, because honestly, I'm not a big fan of cooking. I may have graduated college 5 years ago, but I still feel like I'm there. Perhaps I'm just lazy when it comes to cooking and cleaning. :o So if any of you have suggestions for a beginner... I'm looking for simple, healthy, clean foods I can make with ingredients I would be able to get on a weekly basis (or so). Thanks a lot, this board has already proven extremely helpful and motivational! :eat:

Go buy a crock pot! You can get cheaper cuts of meat, and they'll be nice and tender. Also, you can throw it all in in the morning before work, set the pot to low, and then when you get home in the evening you'll have one of the most delicious meals you've ever had. The recipes are incredibly simple, too. My next try will be 6 breasts, 1 can of rotel tomatoes, throw it on low for 8 hours.

It's real easy and takes about 12 minutes to make. Will fill you up and tastes great.
