View Full Version : Anyone uses Celltech?
EliteTraining Sat, October 28th, 2006, 09:39 PM Hi, I was just wondering whether anyone has anything good (or bad) to say about Nitro Tech or Celltech? Based on many results from bodybuilders it seems that celltech users gain about 15-20 lbs in 6 weeks. I'm kinda curious whether any JSFers had any luck wit this product?
1FastGTX Sat, October 28th, 2006, 09:46 PM It works okay, it just burns too much, my throat and my money. :)
Hort Sun, October 29th, 2006, 08:53 AM And NOBODY gains 20lbs in six weeks. Even on AAS... unless you don't mind most of it being fat. Don't fall for the magazine hype.
RoCesK19 Sun, October 29th, 2006, 07:13 PM I personally had great results with cell-tech. I was also taking muscle milk so that might of helped to, but in 8 weeks i put on 12 lbs, (mostly muscle), and had great gains in strength. I would reccomend it for use.

Uh huh... how old are you? You do know that 12-15lbs a YEAR lean mass gain is considered EXCELLENT without the use of steroids? Now- if you are quite young... maybe.
RoCesK19 Mon, October 30th, 2006, 03:01 PM Im 19 now, was 18 at the time, and also i took it pretty much at the start of weightlifting, and it was 12 lbs not all lean mass, prob more like 7-8 lean 4-5 fat, cause in college diet was a hard thing to control.

SwoleCat Wed, November 1st, 2006, 03:51 PM You've got to love the magazine hype w/those crappy CellTech products.
You have roid monsters claiming they gained 40 lbs. of muscle in 12 hours using CellTech, YEAH!!!!!!! WHHHOOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!

Glaive Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 12:22 AM Pretty much any MuscleTech product is worthy of heavy skepticism and scrutiny. From my own evaluation, even the items that don't seem like total BS aren't generally very economical.
Basically, if you're seriously looking at a MuscleTech product I can virtually guarantee you that you can find something that will give you as good or better results for less money.
Have you tried just regular creatine monohydrate or CEE? Most of the designer creatine products are just one of those two things with other stuff added to it (that you could always add yourself). The rest of the time they're purporting to have some sort of new super-duper creatine, most of which have not been scientifically proven to be more effective, at least not to my knowledge.
Of course, you can always try it out and see what happens, but I'd most definitely suggest regular creatine or CEE first just so you have a baseline for comparison if nothing else.
Also, you'll get more bang for your buck with more EFA's, BCAA's, or some ALA than you will with most of the big-budget highly advertised bodybuilding supplements. If you're not already taking those (along with a quality protein supplement, creatine, and a good multivitamin) then you should probably give them a gander first.
SwoleCat Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 01:07 AM I do like BSN's "CELLMASS" product.
To me this is the best creatine product I have ever used. No bloating or any negatives from this product at all, just nice full muscle bellies and a bit of a good strength increase when in the gym. Great pumps too!!

I've heard some positive things about Cellmass. The only thing that's kept me from giving it a try is simply the cost, which tends to be an issue with most BSN products. $40 for something that at the recommended dosage only lasts 20 days isn't really a great value to me, although I'm most certainly not saying it doesn't give results.
SC, how do you dose your Cellmass? Do you follow the guidelines BSN lists (1 scoop PWO, another 6-8 hours before or after that one) or do you have another system that works better for you?
rob22inches Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 02:23 PM i did like cell-tech but now i likew size on from gaspari.
daDUDE Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 02:45 PM i have been on it for just over 2 weels now (no-xplode and celltech) and have noticed some new stretch marks and larger lifts.... dont know which one to contribut it too ut something is working.
EliteTraining Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 08:55 PM Hey guys thanks for your comments and suggestions...I'm very careful in investing in supplements since there are thousands out there each claiming to be the best. The thing that caught my attention about celltech was that a lot of hardcore bodybuilders, even Mr. Olympia himself seems to endorse and use it in their diet. Muscletech sure knows how to advertise
SwoleCat Thu, November 2nd, 2006, 11:59 PM I do follow the directions on the CellMass product.
