i get the 93/7 lean ground beef or turkey... usually beef.

i measure about 4.5grams per serving so that divides into 3 servings if you get the pound package. turned the serving into patties.. so i get about 3 patties per pound package of 93/7.

okay my calculations say that this 4.5 serving is close to:

28g protein
10g fat

am i correct?

after its cooked each serving weighs around 3.7g

Comparing it to the tool that the USDA website offers comes close to your numbers. The prot:fat ratio they give for 93/7 ground beef is 2.98, so it might be closer to 30g prot to 10g fat. Also, I think you meant oz, not grams, in which case 4.5oz 93/7 has 26.5p 8.9f... It's a rather miniscule difference depending on whether you find that significant or not.
