Today I was deadlifting, among other things. This big guy comes over and asks my trainer Kenny something that I didn't hear. Kenny says "it's called the deadlift". The guy asked "what's it for?" and Kenny says "back and legs, some traps".
The guy goes back to his dumbell bench presses. Looked like he was pressing 60#s or 65#s for reps and looked good doing it. I guess there's a first time for everything.

I didn't get a good look at his legs because I was deadlifting.

Saw this idiot in the gym going around, flexing all over the place. Basically he just couldn't get enough of himself. Then I realized it was a mirror. :cry:
