ok, so i just had this thought. i may have totally lost it, not sure. Anyway, i was thinking if i had breakfast at 10:30am (cause im not hungry till then) does that mean i would have 'skipped' breakfast... and just be 'calling' my lunch a diffenent name!

...or would this be benifical (i do morning cardio, so would it mean my whole morning would have a fasted effect?)

i hope somebody out there understands this...

thanks in advance,

Not sure what you are getting at but a few thoughts:

Regularly skipping meals is a bad idea, leading you to 1) overeat later, or 2) under-eat 3) take too long to eat (overnight fast).

Doesn't matter what you call it... it's a meal.

Agreed!! You don't have to have "breakfast" foods at "breakfast". A meal is a better description. I usually have chicken at 8am, but I also work nights (11pm to 7am) so my "dinner" is most people "breakfast"

Look at this as feeding the muscles for fuel... not as an "enjoyable" time to eat. If you enjoy the food consumed.. it's a perk, but the number one priorty should be feeding yourself for fuel.

What you're calling the meal is irrelevant. That's a lot of time for your body to start catabolizing muscle and undercutting your metabolism. Eat or do cardio within an hour of waking up. After waking up, eat. After cardio, eat. Eat! :eat:
