like i posted before i work from 3:30am to 12:00pm by the time i get home and settled i have no energy to workout ... i need sumthing to give me that PUSH any suggestion.. keep in mind i'm a dad on a budget... any help will do thanks...

You don't want ECA just for energy (unless trying alos to burn fat). Have you tried the simplest route? A diet coke or coffee?

Lack of energy though could also be a sign your diet needs work.

maybe you could also try something easy to eat on the run like some fruit? i personally have not fully gained the motivation to switch to healthier options, but i do drink energy drinks so could those be an option? maybe even a meal replacement shake sometime during the day? i'm not to sure what your meal schedule looks like right now but i know when i feel drained at the end of a work day a part of it is not having anything digested to provide energy. i'm sure i would feel better if i had had something to eat sometime between an official break and the end of the day.

i really don't want to sound in any way offensive, but if you're asking about a recipe for an ECA stack, are you sure you know enough about it to try it? some of the ingredients can be very harmful if consumed with not enough research behind into it.

i'd say you should try spacing your meals differently first. again though, if you already are doing things according to what is generally accepted as the "correct" way, then i'm sorry.

btw, the recipe would be what the letters stand for, Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin. the caffeine and aspirin are easy to find as both are otc. the ephedrine is a bit harder to find in significant amount without other ingredients being mixed in. i'm not sure if ephedrine talks would violate any board rules or anything so i won't mention any more than that.

The "secret" recipie has been posted many many times. But here it is again.

25mg Ephedrine
200mg Caffeine
81mg Asprin

Start with one dose a day, then start taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Don't forget to cycle it too. Four weeks on/Two weeks off, or whatever.

Please do not take offense to my suggestions, but I agree with Hort's statement regarding your nutrition. From your previous posts, I am under the impression that you are a relative newcomer to the exercise, nutrition, fitness field? If this is true, I would NEVER recommend an ECA stack to anyone who does not have a firm grasp of their dietary habits, nor their knowledge pertaining to supplements and how the body responds to them in conjunction with a good exercise/nutrition formula.

I would do some additional research about nutrition and training/weight loss, before venturing blindly into the unknown. Again, I only wish to be helpful here. I know you stated money is tight, but another option in the future would be to hire the services of a professional who specializes in nutrition/weight loss.
