I'm glad I found this site. I'm glad I felt inspired by it. Most of all, I'm glad you exist.

I feel think of JSFF as an entity in itself; a close personal friend who somehow managed to teach me things about myself that I couldn't quite figure out on my own. And, because of that, I feel like I can never leave. I owe it back so much.

John Stone Fitness was a Godsend for me to find. It really helped to get me to focus on my physical well-being despite my emotional state. All the great people I met here, all the great motivation... it was a tremendous support.
And then starting this past January, I was hit with all this medical and dental stuff, which is still not over but is drawing to a close. Again, JSF has helped me tremendously here. If I had not been in the shape I got into because of JSF, I would not have weathered things as well.

I also don't post a lot, but I will echo the sentiment of other posts that this site has just been a fabulous resource--it really has changed my life. I don't eat the same as I did before, went from not ever working out with weights to enjoying it three times each week, and have changed the way I look and feel for the better.
