I do not think my diet is including enough of these, people mention fish oil and cla? Anyone care to help a noob? Thanks.

Nuts, natural peanut butter, salmon/other fish, fish oils, flax oil, borage oil, UDO's oil, butter in proper moderation, olive oil just to name a few.

nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, brazil, etc)
seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
natural nut butters (peanut, almond, cashew, etc)
milled flaxseed
flaxseed oil
fish oil (pills/oil)
fatty fish like salmon
olive oil
olives
avacados
canola oil

saturated fats can and should be used, but limit them:
heavy cream
eggs
butter
natural coconut oil
yogurt
cottage cheese
lean beef

I'm just trying to start designing a diet, but it's really hard to start =).
