I was doing so freaking good and now I'm getting hooked on Energy Drinks again :mad: A few months ago I was drinking an Energy Drink EVERY single morning, I hate coffee so that was my alternative. Well when I decided I was gonna change my life I said no more soda, juice, alcohol or energy drinks ONLY WATER. Well this week so far I've had 2 of em' I know your probably thinking 2??? Only 2??? that's nothing but to me it's something. I have a very addictive personality (struggled with alcoholism) and caffeine was a somewhat better alternative once I quit. Now I feel like I need it again I've been telling myself "it's ok I'll just get the Low Carb Monster Energy Drink" because it's not as high in calories or sugar. What do you guys think do I need to stop now and cut this out ASAP or is it ok to have one when I really need it? I really don't want to become caffeine dependent again :nope:
