Looking good man! Keep it up. You don't look puffy to me. I would say focus on your chest a little more. You seem to be kind of like me. I need to do the same.

corbint Thu, April 1st, 2004, 11:47 AM for consistency, you should wear the same undies as you did in your beginning photos... quads are a powerful and telling sign on a mans body as to how they are increasing mass, or if they are totally neglecting leg workouts. i went from having fat tree trunk legs to losing 4"s off my thighs and increasing my quadricep definition, and actually being able to see a hamstring(yes, i actually have hams... i couldnt believe it!). if i continue to hit my squats as hard as i am, im going to be QuadZilla in no time, but thats a personal objective, nice muscular legs in addition to shedding my fatness.

Ludvig78 Tue, April 6th, 2004, 06:00 AM I will post a complete up and down picture soon. I don't have the best legs but not the worst either. I have a pretty lean build and I will show. Right now I am running on creatine so I will end that bulk and then show my results.

Ludvig78 Tue, April 6th, 2004, 06:40 AM Yeah I know. Read an article on that. Very typical if you have really strong shoulders. They tend to get involved too much in your chest workouts. Doing it really strict now and trying to keep the shoulders back and concentrate on the chest. It's not a big issue for me today thou. I feel in pretty good shape and I know they will start growing soon. First summer in a long time that I don't need to hide in the bush. There is still like 2 months until summer so I have time to shape the details. I feel in good shape but not in "great" shape.

Duckman Tue, April 6th, 2004, 06:47 AM it's kida strange...I used to love working my chest, cause I made insane progress the last 2 years before I got fat. Now I love working out my arms and shoulders, and not so much my chest :db:
I'm concidering adding a legday into my routine, with the famous leg press(actually, my bro calls it "ass press", and is joking that I'm doing it to get the biggest ass in the world :p )
Hopefully, it'll really boost my progress in my upperbody as well as metabolism for fat loss
Ludvig78 Tue, April 6th, 2004, 07:43 AM I love doing the arms aswell. Probably because I am strong in them. Did a 8 and a 6 with 26,5kg dumbells bicepscurl strict yesteday. Don't see that many guys at my size doing that. I don't think chest is boring just abit hard to get real contact with. :)

Ludvig78 Wed, April 7th, 2004, 08:12 AM Just some info for you mike. On the first picture I weigh 192 and on the last one around 176-178. Alot of people tell me that they don't believe it but it's the truth. Have not really bulked som much. Last month I have been around 8,5- 9% of bodyfat and I plan to stay there during the summer. Might add some weight in the fall but not to much. Maybe something like 4-6 pounds tops.
Thanks for the shoulder thing. That is what my friends comment too. Only problem now is when I buy shirts. When they fit around the shoulders they are to wide in the waist and wise versa. :p
