My first day of my workout and dieting plan actually started Sunday with a 20 min HITT cardio.

Monday i did my first upperbody workout in about 2 weeks or so.

Tuesday was another 20 min HITT cardio day.

and Today i did a lowerbody and ab work out.

I decided to start a journal because i think it will help keep me more motivated than i have been in the past. i hope to put up a web page in the next week or so to help myself see my progress.

with concerns to the diet, i went grocery shopping the other day and picked up some foods i thought i could bear while trying to cut my bodyfat % in the next 3 months.

turkey burgers
cottage cheese
almonds
tuna
chiken breast
low fat organic burritos
lean steak cuts
100% whole wheat bread
natural peanut butter
tomatoes
lettuce
all kinds of veggies

i also bought a scale to weigh my food in at walmart for $6.00
hoping to buy fat calipers in the next week or so. until than i will have to use the one at the gym.

i'll list my stats tommorow.

i decided to go with the body for life plan for 3 months after seeing the great success franksjourney has had. plus i hate counting calories so this will work for now until i can do more research on wht works for me and my body.

yesterday was my cardio day so my roomate an i did some laps at l.a. fitness's pool.

today was my upperbooddy workout which went pretty well since i had only 45min to complete it before work.

the diet and it's timing is still all over the place but i have almost completed my first week.
