As you can tell, I'm brand new to these forums, and after browsing them for an extensive time, I can say without hesitation that this place possesses a wealth of valuable knowledge.

In attempt to spare you all the inconsequential details:
Lifting weights is entirely out of the question for me right now, as a consequence of past injuries, no transportation, and no room for weights at home, so I'm forced to stick with bodyweight exercises for the time being.

I'm a 17 year old male, approximately 6'2" and 190 pounds with a decent build.

I want to tone my lower and inner chest as much as possible, so my question to all of you is: Which bodyweight exercises (if any) will help me do this?

Cheers!

"Tone" is mainly a function of how little bodyfat you have. But pushups and dips are the bodyweight exercises that target your chest. If you do a set of pushups you might look more "toned", at least for few minutes.

Do dips and pullups, adding weight when you can do more than 10 or so, and you can build a massively powerful upperbody. Actually, when I was 16, I added some good muscle mass to my upperbody just doing pushups because I was so weak to begin with.

You're right about the term tone, I just wanted to refrain from saying "How do I gain muscle mass...", as most bodybuilders will contend that bodyweight exercises don't add mass, while I believe differently.
