hey guys i caught a real bad flew getting fevers, headaches sweating etc and i noticed that in the last 3 days ive been sick i have lost 3lbs whats going on? however over 1/2 inch has come off my waist and i look very lean im going to have to miss 2 weeks of training to make a full recovery is this 2 week break going to damage my progress, and also with my diet should i eat above my maintanace phase or what?? and i canthelp but crave junk food is it okay to cheat afew times during the 2 weeks

Well, do what it takes to heal, of course. I personally don't crave any sort of food when I have the flu:( Eat plenty, get rest, and I bet you'll be back in your feet long before two weeks.

Eat, rest...don't worry, you'll be back!

When you are ready to train start with 80% of your working poundages and increase 5% a week.
