For sometime now I've been doing a body pump class which is a real help to my fitness level.
Now I've doing it long enough I need to start increasing my weights but in trying I've started to feel alot of pain in my hands which doesn't seem normal like the obvious pain you feel whilst working out.
I've always thought my hands and wrists weren't strong enough and that they are the only hinderance I have when trying to push myself to do more weight.
I need suggestions on how to strengthen them.
