Hello.
I've broken my leg 3 months ago so I have stopped my weight training for some time. Now that I'm settled, I went to the gym again after all this time and after a couple of days of workout on all the muscle groups, it hurts everywhere. Just a lot of muscle pain. I know it's because of all the rest but I'm not sure what I should do. Should I continue the weight training, even though it hurts like hell, or will that make it worse? I'm thinking that if I continue, the muscles will get used to it but maybe the muscles need rest, I don't know.

What do you guys think?

I think you should re-establish your cardio base. It will help with your recovery and keep the soreness down. It should only take a week or two if you were in good shape before.

You should keep training. Soreness will go away after you stretch those muscles a bit. My quads were really sore starting Wednesday. They're feeling a lot better now.
