Felt fine for most of the day. But now right above the top of the right hamstring it's really sore. Only on that side. I haven't worked out for three days - (I am supposed to be on rest this week). It's not like some previous injury coming back either. It makes no sense at the moment.

Is it a sharp/dull pain almost like a sunburn?
or is it more of a muscle soar pain?

On my right lat, it feels like there's a sunburned pain spot, but it's been there for a month now.
I'm hoping its because of muscle loss and not something crazy like cancer or some flesh-eating-virus.

It was the muscle sore pain. I just got up and it's not there now. I'll watch out for it today. If it's gone for good, we'll never know.
