Im sure you have heard of it because it shows up pretty early on a google search. As I was reading it I thought it was another gimmick, but what caught my attention is as I did a search for customer reviews on this book I didnt find one bad review about it. Some are calling it the best fat loss book out. So im thinking maybe its worth the $40.

Has anybody read it? Here is the link

I have used it in congunction with a lot of other stuff (stickies on this site, many articles, ...) and it helped me imensly. I would credit it as part of my 30+ pound weight loss since April.:tucool:

I think you will find that many JSFrs have very high regard for this book. I have it myself and find it excellent. It is highly revered among many fitness circles and is often referred to as a "bible" for fitness. If you have the money, you will not go wrong getting it.

Just do a search on this site alone for the book, either using Venuto's name or part of the title. Be sure to go to advanced search up above and in your search options at the bottom, select boolean search, as that will search for the presence of all the terms in a post, not every post that has one of the terms. You will have a very good read about the book. You can also go to other fitness sites for the same result.

I have the book and it is fantastic. I don't follow it to a "T" but it is a highly tweakable book that seeks to help you no matter what your goals are.

Thanks. Is this just one book or has Tom released updated versions through the years?

How many pages long is it? I read a review where someone said they bought it and printed it out, and that's what I'd like to do when I get around to buying it. As much time as I spend online, I HATE reading help files, instruction manuals, etc. online. I'd much rather have a hard copy.
