so today i got up early ..ate 1/2 C oats and an apple with a dash of protien powder..and headed to the gym

had a pretty intense workout(doing waterburys summer project)
had my pwo shake
and my ppwo meal

then ran some errands and ate my next meal(shrimp, broccoli, sweet potato)

i was still sorta hungry but decided i should go ride my bike around town cause its so nice out...well i started riding ...and basically ended up going into the next town over....and then decided to swing by my work...mapquest says this is 17 miles from my apt...so i rode my bike 17 miles...it was pretty intense (i live in CO, the hills can be brutal)...i got a ride back because it started to rain...and when i got in i was STARVING..so i ate a fairly big meal...cup of oats, 1 egg 6 whites, broccoli, and 1/2 grapefruit
my question is this...

should i be eating more food because of the added exercise...im pretty sure the answer is yes..(fit day says my activity burned 800 cals)...trying to hold on to muscle so my gut(no pun intended) tells me i need to eat...plus i was having cravings for pizza and cookies today so i feel like maybe i exercised the cravings out...

It could very well be. I do eat more when I am more active than planned.

if it's a one day occurence than I would just eat if I felt hungry/tired... I don't think it will make a huge difference in the long run... (Keep in mind i'm no expert :) )

How do you like Waterbury's Summer Project... Also just wanted to say congrats on the weightloss and getting in shape.. you've done an awesome job.

p.s.- I'm assuming from your name you like Converge... is this the case? They rock! If it's not the case, then just ignore this part :D
