diggity Mon, July 31st, 2006, 04:52 PM Any last minute suggestions? I'm not what I'd like to see in the mirror but significantly better than 3-4 months ago. I've read the 7 days to leaness thread. Any other suggestions to tighten up with 4 days left???

Im sure ur spouse loves you the way you are and you should let yourself and brain rest and enjoy this special special time. After the wedding you have MOREEE than enough time to focus on fitness again. And as you said, you're significantly better than you were 3-4mos ago, which is good!
*Btw, there is nothing you can do healthy that will help you out in fourish days*

In fact sounds like this would be a great time for a week/2 week break. Let your body rest and then get back in full swing after the honeymoon.

I think I still might hit the gym a couple times because I truly enjoy it.
Thanks everyone for the great comments. I'm very happy. It's an amazing feeling when you find that "someone". I can't even explain it. Hopefully you know the feeling but if not, it is definitely something to look forward to.
I don't post a whole lot because other than personal experience, I'm not the expert some of you clearly are. But more than anything this, to me is a great community, lead by John and supported by all of you. Thanks again for all the best wishes.
