In a couple of weeks I'm gonna head off to europe for a couple of weeks,gonna travel around europe and stuff, so I have a couple of questions ,what do you guys recomend me to do while over there, I was thinkin doing pushups , some crunches, and other exercises like every couple of days , I want to try and lose the less muscle I can while in this trip, also theres gonna be a lot of eating , its vacations! , any tips on how to stay in shape while in a trip ? I wont have access to a gym or anything , just whats inside the hotel room .
