When and how much CellMass do I take in a given day???

I looked on the back and it says.

Training day:
Serving 1: 1 scoop following a workout

Serving 2: Mix one scoop 6-8 hours before or after your post workout serving.

So does this mean i take 2 servings a day?

Tell me your thoughts when and how much to take

Yup,..BSN recomends twice a day. Some feel this is not needed, but regardless of which way you go, drink plenty of water while using it,..Try to hit the gallon mark,...

I emailed BSN regarding this not too long ago as I saw discrepencies between the product labels and their product catalogue. Here is the response I got:

"The most effective way of taking CellMass on training days is like this;

Let's say you are to train in the morning, so you take your CellMass after your workout, then wait 15 to 20 minutes before you have your meal or protain shake.

For the second serving, you would do this one before bed on an empty stomach.

On your off days only one scoop is required, either in the morning when you wake up or at night before bed." -BSN Performance & Supplement Specialist

There you have it :nod:

Please elaborate! I've been doing the empty stomach approach for 4 weeks and haven't had any problems. Was this after long term use? Explain, I'm nervous now! :blank:

If yu don't have any issues with taking it on an empty stomach, that's a good thing. I works me over so bad, I can't use it any more. I wish I could, as I really like the Cell Mass, but my system just can't take it,...

More power to ya man,..If you have been using it for 4 weeks now, how do you like it? I would say after about two weeks it really kicked in ofr me,...

I could see really big changes after only 1 week! There are some photos of me half way down this thread: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=30049

I feel like my shoulders capped off more fully than they've ever been before. My forearms, bi's & tri's also filled in a little bit better in a relatively short time. My back also seems a little more full and pumped. I can't say whether it wasn't just the workouts but seeing as I was using the BSN mass stack at the time I'm giving it some credit :tu:

Sorry it's hard on you, I felt a little weird about it at first too but I got over it in a few days. I think it was the nitrix and no xplode though, not the cell mass per se.
