I used to know of some pretty handy websites that explain how to calculate the measurements on your body, and also help to explain how much bodyfat you have on your body.

I've been scouring the forums to find a site that explains all this, but no luck so far.

Can someone guide me in the right direction here? I'd appreciate it.
