Hey John, i know this is probably the wrong thread, but i figured you would probably be reading this thread anyway.

I know you have stated that you will get some videos up of proper lifting and such when your injury heals, but how about a video on ab excercises? I really dont know how to do reverse crunches properly, and would appreciate an instructional. Just some food for thought.

-BenI'll almost definitely being doing a series of videos, but I want to get the new web site up first, iron out some technical details with the videos and come up with a uniform format so that all the videos I produce are stylistically consistent from one to the next.
