why is it that in different times of the day im moe/or less vascular...some points in the day i have veins everywhere...my hands look like steel cables are underneath the skin...and some times theres barely anything...same thing with my wrist size...if i cup my hand around my wrist sometimes its tiny...sometimes its not??...is this just glycogen stores??..

Sounds like maybe it's your state of hydration. You might want to take your blood pressure when you see the veins the most and when you see them the least and see if there is any indication there.
