ffactoryxx Mon, July 24th, 2006, 06:19 PM Im sorry.
Im 23 years old

Im following the max-ot 6 month work out plan that is as the back of the pdf doc from this site.
I have never figured out my CALORIC Intake and put together an eating plan. I usually eat Oats, Brown rice, WW Bread, Cottage cheese etc throughout the day.
My training sessions last 40-45 minutes of intensity
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 06:44 PM Well some argue about using creatine whilst losing body fat. I used cre ethyl thunder, and i was please with the results. So you may want to consider a Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) product. I think this would suit your goals. A few people on these forums have used/use this, so do a search and you'll get some reviews :tu:

Yea i dont want to pack on more fat but instead replace it with muscle and lose a few pounds. Now how is this creatine when comparing to the old monohydrate stuff. I DON"T LIKE THE BLOAT!!
How are BCAA's or NO2

That's the beauty of CEE, and why I recommended it over mono, there is no bloat. :nono:
BCAAs can be good on a cut, I personally can't say I noticed a difference on them, if you've got money to burn then you could try it, if not, providing you have plenty of protein in your system I think you'd be fine.
Again with the NO2, I've tried a couple products, including nitrix and think it was one of the biggest wastes of money out there. Others swear by it. A lot of CEE products contain it, and some are coming out with your BCAA and EAA, though these ones tend to be for training days only, not on off days.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the "bloat" caused by creatine is actually fat, but rather an increased level of moisture held within some muscle cells.
Cheers,
Heavy
ffactoryxx Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:20 PM I really like creatine when i was on the monohydrate but bloat was bad.
Now i don't think vitaglo has the CEE. Can you reccommend a good place to get it cheap with fast shipping??
On a further note, I believe what you say but don't understand how you it doesnt cause bloat. I thought creatine was suppose to make you body retain water meaning longer lifts
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:27 PM Yeah, but if the creatine doesn't get into the muscle you'll get bloat. CEE avoids this, by being mixed with a variety of ingredients to drive the creatine into the muscle. When you find a product, look at the ingredients and you can find out what part they play. Which is why it is good on a cut. I'm in the UK, so places for me will be different for you.
But I have ordered from bodybuilding.com, very good service. Very cheap, and fast delivery. They also show the top sellers, they will also e-mail you coupons to get 10% off etc, all the time! JSF has some good sponsors as well.
ffactoryxx Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:38 PM I looked at the OMEGA Thunder and also CellMass. Are they the exact same thing
Also should i go with capsules for the thunder? Thats all i can find. I know cellmass is powder
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:45 PM Yeah omega thunder is what I've used. Cellmass is very popular, never used it myself.
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:46 PM Yeah it's not in powder form. Which is why i went for it, was fed up of all these shakes lol.

Ok im on bodybuilding.com
I see
Omega Thunder 240 caps
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/omega/cre.html
Cellmass 1.41lbs (guessing thats 640grams)
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bsn/cell.html
also is the above cell mass the same as
http://store.supplementstogo.com/ce1bybsn.html
the packaging looks different. Why is Cellmass more expensive
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 07:56 PM cellmass is expensive as it's BSN. It's kind of like you can buy a Ford, nice car, does the job etc, or you can buy a BMW, pretty much the same, but you're paying for the badge. IMO.
The one on bodybuilding.com is the newer formula, the 2nd place could just have an old photo. But that's why they look different.
ffactoryxx Mon, July 24th, 2006, 08:20 PM I just talked to a body building friend of mine and reccommened
NOX cg-3
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/xy/noxcg.html
Now how is this? Would taking the same amount of this as the cellmass or omega give me the same amount of creatine daily or would i get less since its mixed in
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 08:29 PM They have their own levels. But that's another popular one. Give it a try if you like, they're all pretty much the same. :gl:
1FastGTX Mon, July 24th, 2006, 08:38 PM I recommend nothing right now, because I don't think you're ready.
I have never figured out my CALORIC Intake and put together an eating plan.
And that's why. Let's first get the nutrition in order, it's much more important. :)
ffactoryxx Mon, July 24th, 2006, 08:41 PM Ok, lets do this. I really want to get back in shape and keep track of everything and lay out a weekly meal plan to follow and stick by
cabster21 Mon, July 24th, 2006, 08:54 PM I assumed as you had used creatine before, you'd have certain things in check first. To make the most of supplements your diet plays a big part. But I am by all means not really that strict. I just train harder now, i don't really diet. I also don't really believe in overtraining.
Specialbear Mon, July 24th, 2006, 10:16 PM at the very worst, order some caffeine pills to bump you over the 50 dollar mark

Ziegenbak Tue, July 25th, 2006, 05:24 AM Bulk Glutamine powder. Lasts a while and one of the more popular supplements. It is even pretty cost effective for the amount of servings it provides.
Gordo Tue, July 25th, 2006, 07:05 AM Maybe Creatine Mono....but even then, I'd probably say wait.
Like Fast said.... a solid diet plan will do more than most supps. Go that route, save some cash and with the savings purchase a few extra weight plates or something instead.
