I'm almost at the end of my first cycle of 10x3FFL, and I'm wondering what I should do next. I'm thinking of doing his Total Body Training, with some HIIT after each lifting session. Or are there other routines that would be better? Should I only do TBT for 2 days/week? Should I stay on 10x3FFL? As much as I like it, I'm starting to get bored.
I am currently 247 lbs at (supposedly) 19 1/2% bf, using calipers (7 site) and am just beginning Berardi's Precision Nutrition.

I personally wouldn't like to do HIIT after the lifting sessions of TBT like you do cardio in 10x3 FFL. I'd space it out (AM vs PM or off lifting days). The workload in TBT especially on high volume antagonistic weeks would make true HIIT hard following some of the higher rep workouts I suspect.
Give it a try and see how your energy levels are, though. If you don't feel like you can give your all to HIIT, move it around.

I recently did 10X3 FFL and I'm following it up with TBT.
Currently I'm doing HITT on Monday/Friday
and TBT on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. I follow up these sessions with some incline walking on a treadmill for 10-15 minutes.

Sounds like a good plan! I think I'll do the same.
