Hi.

I have now worked out for 6 weeks, and are going on vacation for two weeks. I will not be able to take creatine in this period. When I come back, do I have to "load" again, or can I just continue to take aprx 5g pr day.

Either method should yield results.

If you wish to try something different as far as loading protocols are concerned, you may want to try the following:

Week 1: Daily dose - 10gr
Week 2: Daily dose - 20gr
Week 3: Daily dose - 30gr
Week 4: Daily dose - 40gr
Week 5: Daily dose - 40gr
Week 6: Daily dose - 30gr
WeeK 7: Daily dose - 20gr
Week 8: Daily dose - 10gr

I did this 16 weeks out from my overall NYS Master's title win last year.

I accrued 6 lbs of lean mass while dropping significant levels of bodyfat simultaneously. All other conventional loading parameters and routines never worked for me. The creatine I used was Creatine Select by Beverly, but I am sure any other quality straight up monohydrate would be almost as effective. Week 9 I took off, then resumed 5gr per day, usually included in my workout cocktail, all the way into the show.
