First time poster, long time browser. Here goes:

Sex: Male
Weight: 240
bf %: 32%
height: 5 10'

7:30AM: fasted cardio. 45 minutes @ 80% MHR

9:00AM: 6 egg whites. grapefruit(1fastgtx convinced me!). 1/2 cup raw oats in water. Multi.

cals: 370. Protein: 44G. Carb: 38G. Fat: 3.5G

12:00PM: 8-9oz chicken on bed of mixed greens. no dressing. 2 oz almonds

cals: 550. Protein: 58 G. Carb: 12 G. Fat: 26G

3:00PM: protein shake. 2 scoops of Amplify whey. 6-8 oz carrots.

cals: 345. Protein: 42 G. Carb: 28 G. Fat. 4 G.

4:45: workout. I'm on a beginners upper/lower split.

6:00PM: protein smoothie. (2 scoops of Amplify whey. 1 tbsp natty PB. 1/2 banana.:drool: )

Calories: 430. Protein: 44.5. Carb: 31G Fat: 12G

9:00PM: 8-9oz chicken w/ hot sauce.

Calories: 250. Protein: 46G. Carb: 10G Fat: 1 G


Totals:

cals: 1945
protein: 234.5G
carb: 120G
Fat: 46.5

Any advice would be awesome. Thanks so much!

Have you just started cutting? or have you been doing it for a while? Are you new to this all "healthy living" life style?

btw How did you measure your bodyfat %?

Are you sure that you're correct in your calorie calculations?

If so, that's too low for your weight.

I am a fitness newbie in every sense of the word. I measured my bodyfat with the calipars at my gym(not sure the namebrand.)

I double checked all my numbers and they seem to add up. To me, the numbers on the chicken seem off, but according to the back of the package my numbers are dead on.


Do see anywhere in particular I could bump up a few hundred calories or so? Is around 2300 where you think I should be? Everything else look OK I assume?
