I'm aiming for a 1500 calorie diet again, and I'm going to need a good multi to fill some gaps.

The necessary info that I can think of is that I am:

-Female
-In my 20s
-Poor (going into some more years as a student, here)
-Canadian (so it needs to be a formula available in Canada)

I'm eating a lot of whey protein, a bit of eggs, fruits, veggies, some low-carb-high-fibre bread, and healthy fats. I typically have low intake in the following (which is the majority, because I'm eating below maintenance level). Vitamins A, C, D and for the most part, E, are easy for me to get (although more quality natural Vitamin E would be a good idea, I think):

-Vitamin K
-Thiamin
-B-6
-B-12
-Niacin
-Folate
-Iron
-Zinc
-Selenium
-Calcium
-Magnesium

I use Multi-Plus from AtLarge Nutrition and have been for a while now. I like it. :)

I would recommend Multi-Plus but as you are a woman you may want something with iron in it.

If you feel that your iron consumption is sufficient Multi-Plus is an excellent product.
