Hey guys,
I'm currently writing a daily journal discussing everything I'm doing to get in shape, including all the psychological factors and aggravation that comes when dealing with getting fit. I'm curious to know:
When you look at a success story, what kind of things do you like to see/read? Statistics... pictures... meal plan... workout routine..
Looking for ways to expand and make it beter.
Thanks.

2. Failures (and what you did to cope with them)

I'm most impressed by pictures that show ordinary guys with BELIEVABLE results.

I like to see people that:
a) still take time to savor good food
b) still have some hobbies that are not related to fitness
c) remember how difficult it was to have reached the point where they are at
Did you used to hate cardio?
Have you always loved tuna?
Do you still enjoy pizza once in a while?
Did you never doubt you could bench press your body weight?
Were 50 pushups always easy for you?
When I was overweight, I hated reading profiles of people that reported they did cardio for an hour every morning, lifted weights four times a week, took two yoga classes, played on a soccer team, ate only eggs, spinach, and cottage cheese, and loved every second of it. It made me think I could never do the same thing, because back then I hated all of those things.
