I am cutting now, down 30lbs.
I just want to cut until I see Abs with good definition.
Then I will start bulking some to build chest/arms/back.
So what rough weight/bf% should I be reaching for to acheive that goal?

Down from 199 to 172.
I think i should be going to around 160 to get my goal, not sure tho?

Well to my oh-so-precise eye you look about 14-15% bf now so let's say 14.5%
172 x .145 = 24.94 lbs Fat
172 - 24.94 = 147.06 lbs Lean
147 / .92 = 159.85 lbs at 8% bodyfat with no lean mass loss
So looks like 160's a bang-on estimate IMHO.

The 0.145 is just 14.5% (ie. 14.5/100) and the 0.92 = 100 - 0.08 where the 0.08 is 8% (ie. 8/100).

Just saw some of the calcs in other posts too.
now for the hard part, losing the last 10 or so.
