I was wondering (again). If reps schemes and soreness are related.
I had mentioned before that my biceps are the only part of my body that really doesn't get sore, and that was with an 8-12 rep scheme. I switched stuff around I keep my reps below 8. Things have swithced flip flopped. Now about the only part of my body that gets sore are my biceps. Is this because of the rep schemes targeting different muscle fibers. I know that soreness doesn't indicate a good workout and that is not what I want this thread to be about, I'm just wondering a little about the muscle and its makeup, I guess.
