Ok,
Am i the only one who snacks all day (to make 6 meals sometimes) on Nuts?
I have a collection of all kinds of Nuts and seeds (see pic) Mostly plain and unsalted.

I end up just eating on the all day at work, and sometimes that ends up being 1-2 of my meals.
So my Cutting diet ends up like this:
1. Oatmeal - 8:00am
2. Few handfuls of Nuts & seeds
3. Peperoni Slices and or Turkey Slices
4. Chicken Breast
5. Few handfuls of Nuts & seeds
6. Chicken Breast or Tuna
+ Water, and Arizona Diet Ice Tea
