I have just been told by my doctor that i am allergic to soy, chicken, fish and yeast.

chicken and fish were my main sources of protein. does anyone know what I can eat now?

Turkey(lean cuts and ground turkey), cottage cheese, legumes are good starting places. Lean beef, ham, and lamb can be used more sparingly, but watch the saturated fat.

Is it really all fish? I knew someone that could only stomach salmon, but that may or not have been because of allergies. The higher fat in salmon might have been what that regulated this, but I don't have any actual scientific explanation of this.

Btw, hope my sig doesn't offend ya :-)
