hi i have started using creapure createne it is the first time ever i have used pure creatine mono, i have been weightlifting for a good 6yrs now and am starting to get a good chest and shoulder and arm defenition, i am wanting to know what effects creapure will have on my body, i try to eat properly, i am asking if using this stuff will give me noticable gains in 3-4 weeks, i train 3-4x a week and dont want to have wasted £20 on this stuff, i have got the 500g tub of creapure, what are the side effects this may cause, will it cause bloating in any way and if so for how long will i be bloated, and is ther any way of stopping this?? i do knw that i will be pissing more frequently. please help

Seriously bro? I wouldn't worry about creatine, but I'd start getting busy with some heavy a$$, butt to heel squats.

I probably wouldn't take creatine if I was you. No offense but I would get on a good plan and start lifting harder.

Lift heavy (making consistent weight progressions) and get a better nutrition program together. Once that house is in order, worry about the supps
