I'm cutting at the moment aiming for around 2500 cals per day. It's all pretty self-explanatory. The above is for workout days. On non-workout days I skip the pre and post workout drinks.

The nut mix is 20g almonds, 20g walnuts, 20g pepitas, 20g sunflower seeds.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Lunch and dinner meals are served with a generous salad and veges.
