So I went down to Costco and got this huge bag of protien shake. Mind you this is the first time I've ever bought this stuff. So, the company is called Sports Pharma, and it says that each scoop of the shake has 27 grams of protien in it. Now I was just wondering if this stuff is any good? There're a lot of people on these forums, and surely someone must have tried this brand of protien shake. Thank you. (Btw its Chocolate flavor  )

Costco protein is just fine. Here in Phoenix, it's $25 for 6lbs. That is a pretty good price.
There are probably better proteins out there, ON and Nitrean come to mind, but you're not going to notice some big difference.

I love Nitrean but of course you can be successful with a cheaper protein. For example:

My protein was straight whey protein, the cheapest I could find. I get mine at Costco. It runs me $20 for 6lbs.
I do think there's a difference between Nitrean (or another high quality brand) and cheaper protein powders. I noticed a big difference in my physique when I started using Nitrean. But I still saw great results when I used cheap whey powders.
