Hey folks.
I've been getting back on track with my fitness routine again, and feel so much more motivated and dedicated than ever. It's all a bit unexplainable right now, but I think the best piece of advice to give someone who isn't losing the weight right now is simply this:
There's a difference between feeling euphoric and feeling sluggish. Through-out the past 2 weeks, I've felt nothing but energetic, happy, positive and a much better well-being. I don't even look at the mirror anymore and see a bloated figure. It's really amazing.
When I was sluggish, I felt so negatively and angry towards things. I looked at the mirror and just simply felt miserable. It affects your social interactions with people as well. Being overweight has its way of driving you to do all sorts of bad things to yourself.
I guess what I'm trying to get at here is that if you're really looking for a good reason to shape up, try really hard for at least 3 days. Usually after 3 days you'll notice a change in your body's behavioral system. At least, in experience I've come to notice that.
One big thing that keeps me motivated to lose weight right now is simply this feeling of EUPORHIA. Things around you change, and you feel so much better about things. Progress takes time, but it's becoming a great adventure.
