View Full Version : USPS, Canada and Bulknutrition
punkchip Sat, July 15th, 2006, 04:23 PM Anyone knows what's up with no longer being able to use USPS as shipping method to Canada? I used it like 2 weeks ago..
Edit: I actually asked an American friend and he seems to not being able to use USPS either..
chris mason Sat, July 15th, 2006, 07:49 PM You can always buy from us. We use USPS to Canada. Our products are as good as and better than anything they offer.
punkchip Sat, July 15th, 2006, 07:56 PM Well trust me Chris, if you offered BCAA powder I would buy from you (in fact I am a rather regular customer of yours for Nitrean).
I use BN mostly for BCAA and occasionnaly bulk sucralose (no maltodextrin fillers).

For Nitrean, sure. If you offered everything else BN did at competitive prices I's consider it.

Ahhhh, a very interesting point and one I am glad you made.
We sell what works and is safe and nothing else. We could sell BCAAs but I would not use them personally and think they are a waste of money. NO products? I have tried them and again don't feel they are worth offering as they did nothing for my training (or very little). What about various "designer" forms of creatine? No need, a quality monohydrate is just as good and we offer it. I could sell other varieties and make a lot more money but I don't. We offer a very viable and potent fat loss product.
What else is there that truly works and is reasonably safe?
Answer, NOTHING I have found.
Don't buy the hype, buy the BEST products that actually work.
Did you know that Louie Simmons, one of the most respected strength coaches in the world is now using and recommending our products (www.westside-barbell.com)?
He could use BSN's or MHP's products but he uses OURS.
Chris
Hort Sun, July 16th, 2006, 09:35 AM Chris- I'm not doubting anything you offer and I've recommended Nitrean before. But there are products that are effective for me that you do not offer. I have to respond to my body, not yours.
I shop where I need to. And that includes places like yours, like BN, like BB.com

Ok, I don't think you are saying anything negative about my company or my products.
I AM questioning your rationale about what you feel works for you. What product do you take that you think make a significant difference in your training that I do not offer?
Just to be clear, we are just talking here. I am not trying to be argumentative but rather to have a meaningful converstion about sports ergogens.
HevyMetal Mon, July 17th, 2006, 11:39 PM Anybody have any insight on the USPS question?
Surely they can't have stopped USPS dead in it's tracks.
Things that get shipped UPS up here (UPS not USPS) are an outright ripoff across the border.
I like to go with USPS if at all possible.
Have bought things from U.S. where the shipping was included in the price.....all fine and good but some were shipped by UPS, who happen to charge an "administration fee" when it gets to your door which is horrendous.
This doesn't happen with USPS.

HevyMetal,
I sent a email to BN on saturday, and left a message on their forums.. no answers yet.
Yes, if we can no longer use USPS to ship to Canada I won't order from BN anymore. That's sad but ups is just way too expensive.
punkchip Wed, July 19th, 2006, 10:39 PM Heh according to their forum, there have been a lot of order delays and rather average customer service this past month (no replies to emails etc.). All the complains and shipping issues are from July!
Hmm
Hort Wed, July 19th, 2006, 11:15 PM BN changed warehouses and had a few delays. I emailed customer service and the owner and got a response with 24 hours. They gave me a discount off my next order... which came through no problem.
punkchip Tue, August 1st, 2006, 09:13 PM I found this nice little site which offers most of what BN have... and delivers using USPS!

There is no bulk sucralose though
