1997 I broke it in a fall..
4 weeks ago I was on the setting down weight calf machine.. One at Golds Gym gray/silver this is the one you put the normal weight plates on..
Well I had it up to 7 45lb'er plates maxed the machine and then I stacked two more 45 pounder and a 35 lb'er on top of those plates.. I felt something give in my left calf muscle..looking down at your leg inside part of the calf muscle.. So I got off the machine and finished my workout..But I knew something was wrong..from the slight pain..I figured it was a pull and I hobbled around limping for a couple of days..
last saturday... I was on my tippy-toes pounding/pushing a box to big for the opening into a a compacter...and I felt a "Pop" in the same spot... This time I'm still favoring it.. it's better..But the pain like before is deeper then the muscles are...I guess it could be a deeper muscle/tendon..
But I'm begining to think I broke my Fibula(small bone running up next to leg bone) because from memory it feels like it did back in 1997
I'm thinking maybe I cracked it a month ago...but actual broke it this time..I didn't feel a pop the first time. Jast a give..like a pull.. but the other day I actual felt a Pop
But I've been able to walk..just slow and with a limp. .. I know i should have it looked at..but No Insurance.. for a Doctor.. New Job..New Grace period..
Well I'm not going to work the legs for 6-8 weeks.. and keep it moderate when I do... No more He-Man shit and up my Vit D ..
