I did my shoulder workout this past Friday (and I stupidly added several sets of standing and sitting behind the head military press before I read that it was bad for you :bang: ) Ever since Saturday, I get pain in my right shoulder when I move it in certain angles. It feels fine when not moving it... As a cause of this I had a pretty bad chest workout yesterday (Monday). Did I strain my deltoid? Yesterday doing decline dumbbell press my right shoulder made a "click" sound on every rep, though it didn't hurt (it stopped hurting for the most part once I had warmed up.) Should I not do anything using shoulder until it's completely healed? I was thinking of going swimming today for some cardio.. Would that help my shoulder or most likely make it worse?
