View Full Version : Question about Lipo 6 + AnatorP70
staygold Sun, July 9th, 2006, 05:35 PM I started taking AnatorP70 today to try to gain a little bit more mass..I'm planning to hit 175 before september (I'm 163 now) and I also want to use Lipo 6 to get my BF% down a little bit more. On the Lipo 6 bottle it says to avoid use with caffeine, stimulants, etc. It also says to avoid creatine. Since Anator has creatine monohydrate in it..would the effects of the lower body fat/more muscle mass be decreased? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but some other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone has used Lipo 6 or Anator, please leave some feedback as to how it worked.
Thanks in advance.

To reach your specific desired goals, you'll have a better opportunity to achieve them through proper diet and training, rather than a over-hyped supplement, combined with a fat loss product. (Bad combo, IMHO)
If you wish to use supplements that will be the most cost effective, as well as results orientated, I'd go with straight mono, a quality protein blend, bcaa's (especially taken during training), and a high protein diet with clean complex carbs and healthy fats, possibly with some fish oil caps thrown in.
Good luck.
kexing Mon, October 2nd, 2006, 06:25 PM first use CEE instead of ANY monohydrate product
second there is ZERO issue with using caffiene with creatine, thats a myth
third reccomend ephedrine and caffiene or thermorexin over lipo-6.
EliteTraining Mon, October 2nd, 2006, 10:43 PM I tried using lipo 6 a while back, but before I had the opportunity to do so, I read an article stating how it speeds up the heart ( and the blood being pumped) to the pt where a stroke is capable...

I might be wrong, but I believe a lot of people on this board would disagree with ya there.

Myself being one of them! :) The hyped benefit of using CEE over Mono is the "strength gains without bloat." I frankly could care less about temporary water weight gains and retention due to Creatine Monohydrate. There are claims that CEE may be better absorbed by the body, but the jury is still out on if the same amount (or more) creatine is absorbed in the muscle compared to Monohydrate.
What's so bad about having the extra water in and around the muscles? I'm seriously asking...

you have not used good CEE then. there is a lot of crap on the market, even bb.com's material tested at 30 fucking percent CEE.
GRCRYSTYK Tue, December 5th, 2006, 02:38 PM In a serious manor, I'm interested in tests done with commonly available CEE products. Can you point me to them? I would love to know of the inconsistencies of various products, as I'm diabetic,and could benefit from CEE use, not having to use a simple carb to help shuttle it to the muscle.
My first use of creatine was with CEE. It was in the form of BSN Cell Mass. I liked it just fine, but it didn't like my digestive system too well. I then went to a straight bulk CEE product, and had some issues with it. Cycling off it, to a old stand by, Beverly Int. Monohydrate, has me doing well again. I have read a little about "Micronized" Monohydrate, but don't have any experience with that yet.
Thanks,...>>>--->
CL117 Tue, December 5th, 2006, 05:25 PM Regarding the CEE... I am currently using a combo of BSN Cellmass and bulk CEE. I only use the CellMass post workout. I use the bulk CEE pre workout, and also 2 spread out servings of the bulk CEE on non training days. I have seen great results this way. It is also cost effective.
