I have used creatine on again off again for a couple of years. Primarily monohydrate. I have loaded, and not loaded. I always drink copious amounts of water. I've even gone as far as to completely avoid caffeine while on creatine.
I recently finished a month on CEE.
I have never noticed any effects beyond a possible placebo one. I'm pretty much forced to believe at this point that I am a creatine non-responder, and would be better served not spending any more money on it. If anything, I seem to get some stomach bloat, but no strength/endurance/mass gains when I'm on monohydrate.
Just curious how common this is. Any other stories?
