Been browsing this forum for a while and finally decided to register...had a couple questions though. I think I'm taking too many supplements for my age, I turn 17 in October. Rightnow I take a relatively new creatine called "Cellucor M5 Extreme" in the pill form, which is kre-alkalyn. I'm also taking N02...which I've heard is a ripoff after I bought it, I'm taking 8 pills of those a day, and my pump does feel bigger. I'm also taking a green tea extract pill which has chromium in it called Mega-T. I've been consistantly lifting for 3 years before I started taking all these supplements recently, but am I taking too much? Also, if anyone can give me more feedback on the M5 Creatine I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

As a general rule it's a good idea to minimize supplementation during adolescence.
The only stuff you really need to be taking is a good multivitamin, protein, and maybe some Essential Fatty Acids (like fish oil). If you really want to use creatine, I'd just get some basic creatine monohydrate or bulk CEE. They will give you the best results for your money.
There's very little else that will make much of a difference compared to just optimizing your diet and lifting, and with your hormone levels you can get great gains without having to blow tons of money on supplements.

I would drop that brand of creatine too. It contains Arginine as well (same shit as your NO supplement) and you don't need it. Pump does not equal muscle growth.
If you want creatine, buy a plain creatine monohydrate. It's very cheap and effective. But nothing will get you where you want to be without very hard work and a lot of food.
